Most orders are shipped from our LA warehouse within 24 hours of you saying ‘I do’ and we’ll be sure to keep you up to date on its whereabouts.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Islands, and Samoa, please allow 5-10 business days. And please, don’t take this personally, it’s just that, well, you’re far.
Help us help you and triple-check your shipping address - we don’t want to have to charge you twice if we have to resend your package! Once your package is delivered we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Bare with us during sale and holiday periods as additional processing time may be required. And remember, you will be supplied with a tracking number the moment it package leaves the warehouse. Designow is not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions.
We get it - sometimes it’s just not meant to be. This is why we give you 21 days from purchase to make a return for a full refund in the form of original payment. After that, up to 30 days after your purchase you can receive store credit.
For all returns, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a digital return form and RA number. In your return request email, please include your original order confirmation number. Once you receive your digital return form and fill out the information, your RA number will be issued. Include the RA number anywhere on the original packing list and throw it into the garment bag with your return items.
Unfortunately, pre-orders are non-returnable but you can exchange them for another size if necessary. Pre-ordered items are purchased at special discounted pricing and used as a market-test to confirm interest in the design and so as a result are non-refundable.
Please note that all returns must have original tags attached, be unwashed, unused, unaltered, and unworn.
Underwear and swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons.
